DAY 16 WINTER BODY BOOST:
TUESDAY, JAN 31

Today's Full Body workout has a serious cardio conditioning element, but don't be fooled by all of the movement, your muscles will be gasping for air at the end as well!

Warm Up:

  • 10 Burpees (shown below)
  • 10 Shoulder/arm rolls (5 back and 5 forward)

    Tuesday's Set:

    • 10 Single Leg Push Ups (10 each leg)
    • 20 Leap Frog Squat Jumps (forward and back)
    • 10 Toe Touches with a Twist (10 to each side)
    • 20 Lunge Jumps
    • Rest 30 Seconds

    As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 20 minutes

    Finish:

    4 Minute Plank with active variations (same as Monday)
