DAY 17 WINTER BODY BOOST:
WEDNESDAY, FEB 1

While your legs may be sore from yesterday's squat and lunge jumps, we are taking a decided focus on legs today in honour of #humpday! Don't forget to join us on Facebook Live today at 9:45am ET.

WARM UP:

  • 1 min  fast feet
  • Hip Flexor stretch (both sides - 30 seconds per side)
  • 10 Arm/Shoulder rolls (5 forward and 5 back)
Repeat all rounds below 3 times

ROUND 1

  • 10 x lateral lunge (10 each leg)

  • 45 secs burpees with press up

ROUND 2

  • 10 Squat alternating lateral kick & kick back (10 each leg)

  • 45 secs Plank with oblique crunch

    ROUND 3

    • 10 x reverse lunge with high knee abdominal crunch (10 each leg)

    • 45 secs V sit up

      Finish:

      4 minute plank with active variations (1 minute still, 30 sec active)
