We have all heard the well worn phrase “it takes 21 days to form a habit.” Well this is only partly true. If you can do anything for 21 days straight, you are off to a very good start. But the reality is it is just the beginning of something new.
We have partnered with the amazing Greenwich, CT-based trainer Hilary Rifkin to bring you her 21 Day Winter Body Boost. This program is designed to benefit, or “boost” a regime you may already have in place. Maybe you are devoted to indoor cycling, or yoga, the mega former or even weight training. Keep it up! But to ensure a well toned, honed, and physically fit heart, body and soul, mixing up your workouts is possibly the best thing for you—specifically fully body HIIT training. For the next three weeks we will spend just 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week, taking you out of your usual regime, boosting your metabolism and making you stronger for your daily activities and the training you already have in place. 30 minutes a day—that is just 2.5 hours a week.
These workouts will be posted here on JUJA ACTIVE > FITNESS daily with video and image explanations for all the moves. And every Wednesday we'll come together in our Greenwich, CT store for a live class. Don’t worry if you’re not nearby – you can participate in the class on Facebook Live. All you need to do is set aside 30 minutes a day just for you, just for sweat, just for your well-being. If you are in the Greenwich area, join us in person!
