JUJA ACTIVE RETURN POLICY

Retail Store Purchases

JUJA Active accepts returns on full priced merchandise purchased in our retail stores (that has not been worn, washed or damaged) for full refund or exchange if returned within 14 days of the original purchase date with all original tags attached. Requests for refund or exchange of merchandise purchased by cash must be accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt.

JUJA Active phone and internet purchases

Phone and Internet purchases on full priced merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery if the merchandise has not been worn, washed or damaged and all original tags are attached.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please email us at returnsandexchanges@jujaactive.com within 14 days of the delivery date of your item and include the style, color and size. We will then send you a Return Authorization and return label via email. Unfortunately, we will not be able to send you a Return Authorization if your request is not timely made. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for our processing. We will not process any returns or exchanges of merchandise made without a Return Authorization or that are not received by us within 30 days of the delivery date of your item. You may also return your merchandise in person at one of our retail stores if it is returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return shipping is on us!

For returns, you will receive a refund of the original purchase price (excluding shipping). Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt. Please be advised that all refunds made on purchases paid in part with gift cards, store credit or vouchers will first be refunded back to those payment sources, and the remainder will be credited back to the secondary payment source - credit or debit card.

Exchanges are permitted only for different sizes of the same item. If you wish to exchange an item for a different item, we request that you do a return in accordance with this policy and place a new order. 

Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with this return policy.
